Bill Jeffries has over 12 years of experience as a professionally-licensed Career Consultant. As co-owner of Professional Development Strategies, Bill has had the opportunity to personally assist and guide numerous professionals to attain their career goals and objectives by applying the PDS methodologies. Bill is a Viet Nam veteran, having served two tours in Southeast Asia.  He is dedicated to reaching out into the community and helping others to improve their lives. Throughout his distinguished career in the Broadcasting industry, Bill raised over $500,000 for the American Cancer Society, American Heart Association and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. He has received personal recognition for his community involvement by Danny Thomas and Lady Bird Johnson. As an award-winning radio personality, operations manager and owner of multiple radio stations, Bill has applied his talents on the air and as a businessman to build and improve the local community.

As co-owner of Professional Development Strategies, John is committed to equipping our clients with the necessary tools to communicate their strengths, build and establish a professional network and secure a position that will allow them to make valuable contributions to an organization. Earlier in his career, John was an episodic television writer and member of the Writers Guild of America while completing his education in Business and Marketing at the University of Arizona and UCLA. With a noted career in the Broadcasting industry as a station owner, operator and radio personality, John combines his experience in business, marketing and communication to inspire others to reach their highest levels of professional performance.

Adelyn Perez – CSR / Director of Research

As PDS’ client services representative, Ade dedicates her time to research and development as well as office logistics and maintenance. Her ongoing research support guides executives and senior management professionals in various industries. Ade provides valuable assistance in our service and development departments with great attention to detail and professionalism.

As our Communications Coordinator, Eleanor makes initial contact with prospective clients in a courteous and respectful manner, giving the client an overview of our company and inviting them to meet our team. Eleanor has over 30 years of experience in the health care industry, culminating in the overall management of a 14 physician, multi-specialty surgical practice. In 2007, Eleanor and her family relocated to the Tucson area where she has been active in a Special Needs PTA and The Special Olympics. Eleanor earned a B.S. in Business Education from Salem State University.

Dexter Williams – Business Manager

Dexter Williams plays a pivotal role in the business management and operations of PDS. He has two decades of financial management experience in various industries, has served as CFO for an international preclinical pharmaceutical testing laboratory and serves on the Board of Directors of the Microbusiness Advancement Center in Tucson. He holds a B.S.A. in Accounting from Bentley University and an M.B.A. from Babson College.
